Our Sicilian style pizza is aged for 5 days, then panned up to rise again in our cast iron pans for 12 hours. The Sicilian pizza comes out of the oven on a thick crust. The characteristics of a Sicilian style pizza is to have a crispy almost fried like outer crust, with a delicate and airy center.
*toppings on pan pizzas cost more since they are larger and require more toppings
